This gallery is very inspiring. After visiting, it made me reflect: what breeds exhaustion for creatives is not the act of making, in and of itself, but rather the act of creating within a world which forces us into exhaustion. This should not only be a testament to the lives of artists, but more specifically to the lives of women. Like creativity that cannot be manufactured, our bodies cannot be hosts to oppressive ideologies and voices and were designed to silence us. Thank you for the opportunity to visit. Great work!

As a person who cross stitches, I feel a little embarrassed that it took me so long to figure out that on most images, the first slide was the backing stitches of the collage side. But then again, some don’t have it! I thought that was so cool. Also probably an intended consequence, but I’ve recently been frustrated with the fact that I ended up loving tradwife hobbies like cross stitching and crocheting and etc etc, and was kinda wrestling with that during the gallery. Not sure I came to any conclusions. Gnawing on it. What a cool project. Found myself screenshotting once and then deleted it. Felt like I had to remind myself that nazis loved minimalism. Have felt a disturbing lack of leftist & feminist art in my orbit recently and this was refreshing & hopeful.
